Problem Cause Soluon
When removing the water
tank, the water level is very
low, but the alert indicator
did not acvate.
The area surrounding the
water tank connecons is
damp.
Clean the water
surrounding the water tank
connecons.
The external drip tray
collects too much water.
The coee comes out too
slowly or drop by drop.
The coee grind was too
ne and blocked the water
outlet.
Adjust to a coarser grind
while the grinder is
operang.
The low coee bean level
indicator light turns on, but
there are coee beans in
the coee bean container.
The internal coee grounds
outlet is blocked.
Follow the steps in the
“CLEANING THE GROUND
COFFEE OUTLET” secon.
The internal drip tray and
coee grounds container
cannot be placed in
posion. The machine does
not work (control panel is
deacvated).
The internal drip tray
and the coee grounds
container were removed
during the brewing process.
Place the internal drip tray
and the coee grounds
container in the machine
so that it can detect them
and connue with the
interrupted cycle.
Aerwards, remove and
correctly replace the
internal drip tray and coee
grounds container into
posion.
