- Remove the water tank from the machine. The vacuum system symbol will stop ashing,
indicang that the vacuum system process is underway.
When the vacuum system funcon is nished, the machine will automacally shut o.
- Press the ON/OFF buon before removing the water tank to return to STANDBY mode.
IMPORTANT: aer running the vacuum system funcon, before using the machine again,
turn it on and press the hot water buon unl water exits the coee spout.
TROUBLESHOOTING

The appliance does not
work.
The appliance is not
plugged into the wall
outlet.
Plug in the power cord and
press the ON/OFF buon.
Check the power cord and
plug.
Buons on the control
panel are non-responsive
or require mulple presses.
The appliance is under
electromagnec
interference. The control
panel is dirty.
Unplug the appliance, wait
2 minutes and plug it back
in.
Clean the control panel
with the provided cloth.
The coee is not hot
enough.
The mugs have not been
pre-heated. The brewing
group is too cold.
Heat the mugs. Perform
manual cleaning of the
appliance at least 2 mes
before preparing the
coee.
No coee comes out.
The vacuum system
funcon was previously
used.
Press the hot water buon
unl water comes out of
the coee spout.
The rst cup of coee is not
good quality.
The rst grind of the
grinder may not deliver
enough coee to the
brewing group.
Discard the coee. The
next coees will be of good
quality.
The coee does not have
crema.
The coee beans are not
fresh.
Substute or use a suitable
brand of coee beans.
The touch buons are not
sensive.
