scale and take a reading. This

the Gross
Combined Weight (Reading 3).

Subtract Reading 1 from Reading

This is the rear Gross
Axle Weight.
Compare the readings taken on the scales to the weight rat-
ings on the Federal certification tag and wardrobe doortag.
Fill in the chart to aid in comparing weights.
If
any readings are higher than the rating, you will have to
adjust or remove the load.
