Read this manual carefully before installing this pump.
Every electropump is tested and packed. Check for damage on receipt.
Suitable for domestic use, pumping clean water, supplying water for domestic use, and pressurisation.
Pump cannot be used for sea water and inflammable, corrosive, explosive or dangerous liquids.
Verify that the electropump never runs without liquids.
Ensure electropump is disconnected from electrical supply during installation.
Pumps not suitable for swimming pools or near fountains/garden ponds.
Protect the electropump and pipes from bad weather or freezing conditions.
Avoid inserting hands into the pump mouth if connected to the mains.
Leaks can cause overheating. Disconnect power and let cool before operating.
Verify voltage and frequency match nameplate and mains supply.
Installer must ensure the electric system is grounded according to law.
Use a high-sensitivity circuit breaker A =30 mA.
Electrical extension cables must have a minimum section of H07 RN-F.
Use the electropump only for applications listed on the nameplate.
Do not operate the electropump without fluids.
Do not run the electropump with a completely closed delivery.
Faults can cause overheating. Avoid touching, maintain distance, remove power.
Pre-set at 2 bar for start-up and 3 bar for stop pressure.
Contact a qualified electrician to modify pressure switch settings.
Disconnect pump from mains before cleaning or replacing filter cartridge.
Open pressure discharge valve or cut-off valve to depressurise the system.
Filter container can only be removed from the bottom.
Check and clean O-rings. Wet them with water before assembly.
Ensure machine is disconnected from electric power supply before maintenance.
Periodically check pressure supplied and current absorption for wear.
Check pre-load pressure in the tank (should be 1.5 bar).
Checks for no power, motor protection, defective condenser, blocked shaft, or pressure switch issues.
