What to do if there is leakage through FLOWROX Control Unit valve when closed?

If the FLOWROX Control Unit valve leaks when it should be closed, several factors could be at play. It might be due to sleeve breakage, in which case you should check by the plug, change, and adjust the sleeve (models PVE, PVS). Another cause could be that the sleeve isn't closed with sufficient squeeze. For manual valves, try tightening the handwheel. If you're using pneumatic or hydraulic actuators, verify the cylinder's supply pressure; if it's too low, the sleeve won't squeeze properly, so check the compactness of the cylinder seals. Finally, the sleeve might be wrongly adjusted, so ensure you make the necessary adjustments.
