Remove
the
nine
screws which hold
the sample
string assembly
in place on
the rear of the first
bulkhead. The
reference board
assembly is held
in
place on the
front of the second
bulkhead
by
six
screws.

Separate
the front
panel from the first bulkhead by
removing
the
RANGE, FUNCTION,
CURRENT
LIMIT, and
voltage control knobs
and unsoldering
the wires which
connect to
the output terminals.

2. To
gain access to
rear-panel-mounted
components,
proceed as follows:
a.
Remove
the
top
and bottom
covers.
b.
Remove the narrow
covers located
immediately above
and
below the rear panel.

c.
Remove the
eight screws which
hold the rear panel
to
the side rails.
d.
Remove the four transformer
screws, which are
located on the rear
panel.
e.
Remove the two
screws which hold the rear panel to
the
center bulkhead.
f.
Separate
the rear panel from the
main unit to the
extent permitted by
the wiring.
