DUT Enter the DUT uncertainty details.
If Program Type is set to Pressure the menu choices are:
Use DUT Tolerance: Yes/No - Toggle this to On so that the controller goes
to the next program step without prompting the user.
Threshold Tolerance – Sets the threshold tolerance value.
Relative Tolerance – Sets the relative tolerance value.
Combination Method - Great of /Addition
Combine the Threshold Tolerance and Relative Tolerance. At each
pressure calculate, the threshold and the relative and use whichever is
greater or as addition.
If Program Type is set to mA or DCV the menu choices are:
DUT Range (0%) - Configure the DUT lower range
DUT Range (100%) - Configure the DUT upper range
Tolerance Method:
% Reading - Use reading percent as tolerance method.
% Span - Use span percent as tolerance method.
Unit - Use Unit (nominal mA) as tolerance method.
Allowable Error: Configure the acceptable error, associate with Tolerance
Method.
Closed Loop: ON / OFF
For a fully-automated test where the program reads the DUT mA measurement
and then continues, set Closed Loop to ON. For manual operation, set Closed
Loop to OFF.
