Error Codes
If an error occurs during Product operation or control, an error message is shown
on the display. Errors can be caused by:
Incorrect control that uses the front panel, (for example, attempts to force a
prohibited mode or overloading of output terminals)
Product fault.
These messages are shown in Table 20. All error messages are shown in a
frame that overlaps the main screen. Alternately, error messages can be read
and cleared over the remote interface using the SYST:ERR? command. If the
error is slot or sensor specific, an additional number may be appended to the
reply.
