 Is the resistance greater than 10,000 ohms?
Yes
GO to H7.
No
REPAIR Circuit 1319 (VT/WH). REPEAT the FEM self-test, CLEAR the DTCs.
H7 CHECK THE CIRCUIT 1319 (VT/WH) FOR OPEN
Measure the resistance between FEM C191 Pin 3, Circuit 1319 (VT/WH), harness side and wiper HI/LOW relay
Pin 1, Circuit 1319 (VT/WH), harness side.
 Is the resistance less than 5 ohms?
Yes
GO to H8.
No
REPAIR Circuit 1319 (VT/WH). REPEAT the FEM self-test, CLEAR the DTCs.
H8 CHECK CIRCUIT 65 (DG) FOR OPEN
FEM C191
Measure the voltage between wiper HI/LOW relay Pin 1, Circuit 65 (DG), harness side and ground.
 Is the voltage greater than 10 volts?
Yes
GO to H9.
No
REPAIR Circuit 65 (DG). REPEAT the FEM self-test, CLEAR the DTCs.
H9 CHECK CIRCUIT 589 (OG) FOR OPEN
Wiper ON/OFF Relay
Measure the resistance between wiper HI/LOW relay Pin 3, Circuit 589 (OG), harness side and wiper ON/OFF
relay circuit 589 (OG), harness side.
