Auto provision
The FON-C71 can be set to obtain configuration files through auto provisioning via
FTP/TFTP/HTTP/HTTPS.
To configure auto provisioning via the phone user interface:
1. Tap Menu > Settings > Advanced Settings (Default password: 23646) > Auto Provision.
2. Enter the URL of the auto provisioning server.
3. Tap to enter the User Name.
4. Tap to enter the Password.
5. Tap the Save softkey.
Reboot the phone to start the auto provisioning process.
Set AES key
When using encrypted configuration files during auto provisioning, the AES Key settings can be
set here:
1. Tap Menu > Settings > Advanced Settings (Default password: 23646) > Set AES Key.
2. Select Common AES or MAC Oriented AES.
3. Enter the AES Key.
4. Tap the Save softkey to accept the change or the Back softkey to cancel.
Reset to factory settings
The FON-C71 can be factory reset, which will default all settings within the configuration.
To reset the phone via phone user interface:
1. Tap Menu > Settings > Advanced Settings (Default password: 23646) > Reset Config.
2. Select Reset to Factory Settings and tap the Enter softkey.
3. Tap the OK softkey.
4. The FON-C71 will need to restart and will then be reset to factory settings.
FWD International
Forward international allows users to forward an incoming call to an international telephone
number (the prefix is 00).
To configure FWD International:
1. Tap Menu > Settings > Advanced Settings (Default password: 23646) > FWD International.
2. Tap or to select Enabled or Disabled.
