Note: You can manually override the speed or in-
cline setting for the current segment by pressing
t
he SPEED or INCLINE buttons. Every few times
a SPEED button is pressed, an additional indicator
w
ill light or darken in the flashing column. (If any of
the columns to the right of the flashing column
have the same number of lit indicators as the
flashing column, an additional indicator may light
or darken in those columns as well.) Important:
When the next segment of the program begins,
the treadmill will automatically adjust to the
speed and incline settings for the next segment.
To stop the program, press the STOP button. The
time will begin to flash in the main display. To
restart the program, press the QUICK START but-
ton.
Follow your progress with the main display.
See THE MAIN DISPLAY on page 13.
Measure your heart rate if desired.
See THE PULSE SENSOR on page 14.
When the program is completed, remove the
key.
