1. Remove external
2. Remove motor
1. Remove the top cover,
handle and valve cover;
2. Remove the outer case
and right side plate.
3. Remove compressor
1. Remove the blade nut and
then remove the blade;
2. Remove the motor from
motor supporter
4. Assemble unit
Assemble the unit in the
reverse order of
disassembly.
1. Reclaim the ref rigerant
From the entire system.
2. Unsolder the 4-way valve
piping assy from
compressor.
3. Remove the compressor
mounting bolts.
4. Carefully remove the
compressor from chassis.
