5.5.2 Pump out frying oil: “Business” models
1. Ensure that no programmed frying cycle is in progress.
2. Allow frying oil to cool only as far as necessary so that it remains liquid (not higher than 175 °C).
3. Open frying oil drain tap and allow frying oil to run from frying vessel into the oil catchment tank.
4. Fit extension hose onto inlet nozzle and connect one end of the extension hose to the deep fryer.
