MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS
SPECIAL MAINTENANCE
Replacement of tensioning belt and/or carriage wheels
- Remove the carriage (Fig.1);
Make sure you put something under the carriage so that it does not fall.
- Remove the motor-reducer-belt unit (1) (Fig.2);
- Replace the belt and/or the wheels (Fig.3).

Replacement of base chain
- Remove the disk by removing the screws (1) in the centre of the disk (Fig.1);
- Slowly slide the disk from the base unit;
- Release the chain by removing the mesh (2) (Fig.2);
- You might have to remove the motor to completely remove the chain (Fig.3);
To do this loosen the screws (3) of the motor (Fig.3);
- Remove the chain (2) (Fig 2).

Replacement of guide rollers for the horseshoe
- Remove the cover between the shaft and base (1) (Fig. 1);
- Slacken the wheel (2) by adjusting the screw (3) and the nut (4) (Fig. 2);
- Release the spring that holds the roller in position (5) (Fig. 3);
- Check the conditions of wear of the bearing (6) in the roller;
If necessary, also replace the bearing (Fig. 3);
- Check the conditions of wear of the spring (7). Replace if necessary (Fig. 3).
