Usage Features
- Battery Operation: The tool is cordless, offering flexibility in various work environments. The battery status can be checked via a four-step LED indicator. A red blinking LED indicates a low battery, locking all electric functions until recharged.
- Adjustments: Tensioning force and welding time are adjustable via knobs. The tensioning force can be preselected from 1200 N to 6000 N, and tensioning speed adjusts concurrently. Welding time can also be adjusted to ensure optimal seal efficiency.
- Strap Feeding and Insertion: Straps are fed around the package and then inserted into the tool by pulling up the handle lever. It is crucial that the plastic strap is clean and free from oil, grease, or dirt to ensure proper welding.
