Inserting/replacing feed rollers
General In order to achieve the best welding wire feed, the feed rollers must be suitable for the di-
ameter and alloy of the wire being welded.
IMPORTANT! Use only feed rollers that are suitable for the welding wire in question.
An overview of the feed rollers available and their potential application areas can be found
in the spare parts lists.
USA wirefeeders In the USA, all cold wire feeders are delivered without feed rollers. After inserting the wire-
spool the feed rollers must be inserted in the cold wire feeder.
