A FISSAGGIO UNITA’ AL PAVIMENTO:
Selezionare il luogo in cui può sostenere il peso dell’unità e adatto alla
distribuzione dell'aria nell’ambiente; La superficie di appoggio deve
essere orizzontale, per garantire che l'unità non sia inclinata; Usare
materiale idoneo a supportare la superficie fino a quando non è
posizionato in orizzontale; posizionare il gruppo e, utilizzare una bolla
per controllare ma messa in linea e regolare l'altezza del tampone per
mantenere il livello di unità.
A FIXED THE UNIT TO FLOOR:
Select the place where can support the weight of the unit and suitable
for the room air distribution; The support surface must be horizontal,
to ensure that the unit will not tilted; Use suitable material to support
surface until it keep horizontally; put the unit which removed the case
onside the support surface, use a horizontal ruler to check horizon.
And adjust the height of the pad to maintain the level of unit.
B FISSAGGIO UNITA’ A PARETE
Segnare i punti di fissaggio a parete o soffitto, sia contrassegnando
attraverso le forature nell'unità stessa, o facendo riferimento alle
misure riportate in "dimensioni". Usare la vite di espansione come
appoggio, appendere l'unità e poi stringere il dado, assicurarsi che
l'unità sia fissa.
B FIXED THE UNIT TO WALL
Mark out the fixing points on the wall or ceiling, either by marking
through the drillings in the unit itself, or by referring to the
measurements given in "dimensions".
Use expansion screw as the support pole, hang the unit to it and then
tighten the nut, make sure the unit will not lose.
SPAZI TECNICI
L’unità deve essere installata in posizione tale da consentire
facilmente la manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria. L’eventuale
controsoffitto deve prevedere la possibilità di accesso alla
pannellatura inferiore dell’unità per l’ispezione dei filtri e dei
ventilatori. Dal lato attacchi idraulici prevedere uno spazio di almeno
300 mm per il montaggio dei tubi e delle valvole.
AREAS FOR MAINTENANCE
The unit has to be installed in order to allow ordinary maintenance
and special maintenance.
The counter ceiling, if existing, must be suitable for the removal of the
bottom panel of the unit for the inspection of filter and fans.
At water connection side of unit leave at minimum 300 mm for pipes
and valves installation.
COLLEGAMENTO IDRICO
Effettuare i collegamenti idraulici. Prevedere valvole di intercettazione
per isolare la batteria dal resto del circuito in caso di manutenzione
straordinaria. Collegare l’entrata con una valvola a sfera e l’uscita con
una valvola di bilanciamento o detentore (o installare 2 valvole a
sfera). Prevedere una valvola di sfiato aria in alto ed una di scarico
acqua in basso. Le batterie di scambio termico per acqua sono
collaudate alla pressione di 30 Bar e pertanto sono idonee a
funzionare in esercizio sino alla pressione massima di 16 Bar.
Staffare adeguatamente i tubi all’esterno dell’unità per evitare di
scaricare il peso sulla batteria. I collegamenti idraulici devono essere
fatti con tubi diametro maggiore (limite minimo uguale) di quello degli
attacchi idraulici dell’unità.
WATER SUPPLY CONNECTIONS
Make hydraulic connections.
Install shut-off valves to isolate the coil from the rest of the circuit in
the event of special maintenance. Connect the inlet water with a shut
off valve and the outlet with a balancing valve (or installed 2 shut off
valves).
Fit an air-vent valve above and a water-discharge valve below.
The water coils are tested at a pressure of 30 Bar and therefore they
can operate at a maximum pressure of 16 Bar.
Position and support tubes on unit exterior by brackets to relieve the
coil of excessive weight.
The hydraulic connections have to be realized with pipes with higher
diameter (minimum limit equal) of the unit’s hydraulic connections.
