► Remove the battery (see Chapter "Remo ving the battery", Page 32).

► Remove the screws (1).
Keep the screws in a safe place. If you are removing more than one componen t at
the same time, st ore the screws fo r the i ndividual compone nts separately from each
other. If you install the wrong screws, components may be damaged.
The screws are not all the sa me length and when the cover is installed,
the correct screws must be used.
► Lift the cover off the noteb ook (2).
