Removing a cover
► Remove the battery (see Chapter "Removin g a battery", Page 33).

► Remove the screws (1).
Keep the screws in a safe place. If you are removing more than one component at
the same time, store the screws for the individual compone nts s eparately from each
other. If you install the wrong screws, components may be damaged.
► Lift the cover
off the notebook (2).
Removing a hard disk

► Use t he pulling aid to pu ll the hard disk in the direction of the arrow (1) until the c ontacts disengage.
► Remove the hard disk from the hard d isk compartment (2).
