Removing and installing hard disks (HDD,
LIFEBOOK U758 only)
In LIFEBOOK U758, you can either install an M.2 module (with a corresponding
M.2 adapter; see "Installing and removing an M.2 module", Page 72)ora
standard hard disk (HDD, without M.2 adapter).
Removing a hard disk
► Remove the cover, see
"Removing a cover", Page 72.
For easier removal from the device, the hard disk is installed in a hard disk carrier.

► Pull the hard disk in direction of the arrow (1).
► Loosen the connector of the hard disk (2).
► Remove the hard disk from the hard disk compartment.
