Hardware installation
The standard connectors on the rear are marked with symbols, and some are
color-coded:

I Shared LAN connector is displayed in the BIOS Setup Utility and on the
MAC address label as LAN2. Standard LAN connector is displayed in the
BIOS Setup Utility and on the MAC address label as LAN1.
Ê Connect the data cables to the server and peripherals.
1 2 x USB 3.0 connectors 5 Standard LAN connector (LAN1)
2 2 x USB 2.0 connectors 6 Shared LAN connector (LAN2)
3 Serial connector COM1 * 7 Management LAN connector
4 Video connector (blue)
* The serial interface COM1 can be used as the standard interface or for
communication with iRMC.
