(1) Check Circuit of Diode Bridge (After removing)
Refer to the Service parts information 11
Check Wire unplugged and lose screw Filter PCB -> DB -> Reactor -> Power PCB -> Inverter PCB
(2) Check the wire connection Filter PCB -> DB -> Reactor -> Power PCB -> Inverter PCB
If there is unplugged wire, connect the wire.
Replace Inverter PCB

Check Inverter PCB -4
(4) Disconnect the connection wires (7-pin connector)
between the Inverter PCB - Main PCB.
(5) Is there a short between Inverter PCB side connector pins 1-2 ?
Inverter PCB side short circuit
Replace Inverter PCB
Filter PCB side short circuit
Replace Filter PCB

Check Inverter PCB -5
(6) Disconnect the connection wires (3-pin connector)
between the Inverter PCB - Filter PCB.
(7) Is there a short between Inverter PCB side connector
pins 1-3 and Filter PCB side connector pins 1-3?
Turn on the power.
(8) Reconnect all the connection wires disconnected up to (1)-(7) to their original places.
(9) Turn on the AC power.
If the LED of the Inverter PCB does not light or blink, replaces the Inverter PCB-Filter PCB.

Check th e reactor (Refer to the parts information 6)

Check Resistance on the Power PCB
(3) Check the following items.
-1. The circuit between R801 and R804 is open-circuit
-2. The K801 is short-circuit
-3. R806 is open-circuit or short-circuit
