Using Your Coolbox
1.Add Distilled Water: Unscrew water cap. Fill tank with distilled water (approx. 1250 ml). Put
cap back on and tighten.
2.Power On Coolbox: Flip the red power switch to the “On” position. Remember to always run your
Coolbox when the laser is operating.

Quick-Start Guide
A. Connect the Exhaust System
1. Mount the exhaust cowling to the Muse exhaust port.
2. Attach with 4” ducting to ange side of exhaust fan, then the second
ducting to the exit port of the exhaust fan.
3. Ventilate the ducting outside through a window or exhaust port.
4. If using a fume extractor, you can attach the ducting from Muse directly to
the fume extractor.
C. Assemble the Air Compressor
1. Remove the air compressor from its packaging. Gently screw on the push
tting to air compressor.
2. Push one end of the black air inlet hose into the air compressor push tting
until it is snug.
3. Insert the other end of the black air inlet hose into the “air inlet” nozzle in
the back of laser cutter via the barbed air connect tting.
D. Connect Power
1. The power cord plugs into a “C14” power receptacle located on the back
side of the machine.
2. Follow the diagram and connect all power connections to a central power
bank and then plug the power strip into an appropriate wall outlet.
E. Connect Ethernet Cable
1. Locate and remove the included Ethernet cable from its packaging.
2. Plug in the Ethernet cable into the Ethernet slot on your Muse.
3. Plug the other end of the Ethernet cable into your computer’s Ethernet slot.
4. Connect Via Router (Recommended): Router connectivity is more
reliable than directly connecting via Ethernet and should be the primary
way of connecting.
B. Assemble Cool Box / Water System
1. Using the large rubber tubing included, connect the water-out on the
Cool Box to the water-in on the Muse. Do the same from the water-in
on the Cool Box to the water-out on the Muse. Water should ow out of
Coolbox into Laser Tube then back to the Cool Box. Double check these
connections.
2. Using the smaller black rubber tubing, connect the air-out connection on
the Cool Box to the air assist port on the back of the Muse.
3. Assemble & attach exhaust fan and ange to back of the Muse.
4. Plug power cable into back of Cool Box
5. Connect the black 4-prong cable from Cool Box to your Muse Laser system.
This cable runs from the back of your Cool Box to the back of your Muse.
If do not have a Cool Box for your Muse please refer to instructions
Your Muse will require some minor assembly of the accessory systems, such as the water system. This process should take less than an hour to complete.
