Returning defective and to be disposed of devices:
► Unless agreed otherwise, return the defective devices to the manufacturer, if
possible in the original packaging of the replacement device.

► If the original packaging is no longer available for return transport, a standard
ESD packaging must be used. The standard packaging must be suitable for rail
and road transport.
► Ensure there are no voids and the device is packed in a secured location and
protected against impact.
