3 - INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Please Note = WHEN THE TIME IS ZEROED ALL THE
RESISTORS ARE AUTOMATICALLY TURNED OFF
STARTING THE OVEN AND COOKING TIME
The activation of the A timer starts the oven.
The light in the cooking cabinet is turned on.
The

To stop the oven it is enough to turn the A knob to its original posi-
tion.
The cooking time is set using the A timer.
This operation is also performed by turning the related knob clockwise
until the desired value is reached.
ADJUSTING THE COOKING TEMPERATURE
The cooking temperature value is set by using the B thermostat.
In order to perform this operation you have to turn the knob clockwise
and set the desired value indicated by the scale.
HUMIDIFICATION
C allows you to increase, as you wish, the
humidity in the cooking chamber. If you turn the respective knob anti-
clockwise, towards the manual operation, it allows you to humidify the
chamber until you turn it back to the initial position.
If instead you turn it clockwise you can humidify the cooking chamber
at regular time intervals with an increasing intensity.
HUMIDIFICATION / DRYING KNOB
When the D knob is set on OPEN, the valve of the chimney opens in or-
der to exhaust the excess steam. When the knob turns back on CLOSED
the steam is kept inside.
3.2.2 - Pre-heating the cooking chamber
• Before starting to cook it is necessary to preheat the cooking chamber;
proceed therefore as indicated below.
1) Turn the A knob setting a time of about 10 minutes. In the ovens
equipped with a multifunctional selector choose the resistor type
to
activate.
2) Turn the knob of the B thermostat and set the desired temperature
(for instance 150 °C).
3) Once the set time has passes, the machine stops automatically after
an acoustic signal.
This indicates that the oven is ready to start cooking.
3.2.3 - Cooking
• In order to perform the cooking operation proceed as indicated below:
1) Put the food inside the cooking chamber, in containers or on the gril-
les.
2) Set the cooking temperature, knob A.
3) Set the cooking time, B knob.
4) It is possible to humidify, in all the oven models, by adjusting the C
knob.
5) For the models equipped with the D knob it is possible to open and
close the chimney.
