NOTE: Some aircraft installations may not provide all aircraft/engine data capable of being logged by the
system.
The Flight Data Logging feature will automatically store critical flight and engine data on an SD data card (up
to16GB)insertedintothetopcardslotoftheMFD.Approximately1,000ighthourscanberecordedforeach
1GBofavailablespaceonthecard.
DataiswrittentotheSDcardonceeachsecondwhiletheMFDispoweredon.Allightdataloggedona
specicdateisstoredinalenamedinaformatwhichincludesthatdate(dataYYYY_MM_DD.csv).Theleis
createdautomaticallyeachtimethePerspective
™
systemispoweredon,providedanSDcardhasbeeninserted.
The status of the Flight DataLoggingfeaturecanbeviewedontheAUX-UTILITYPage.IfnoSDcardhasbeen
inserted,“NOCARD”isdisplayed.WhendataisbeingwrittentotheSDcard,“LOGGINGDATA”isdisplayed.
