RemovingtheMACUnitfromtheModularMACTrolley
TheMACdeviceshouldberemovedfromthetrolleyforserviceand/ormaintenance
procedures.Forthisprocedure,youwillneeda#2Phillipsscrewdriver.
ToremovetheMACunitfromtheModularMACTrolley,usethefollowingprocedure:
1.Usea#2PhillipsscrewdrivertoremovethetwoPHMSscrewsthatsecurethe
MACmountingplatetothemoldedtop.
NOTE:
Thescrewsentertheassemblythroughtheundersideofthemoldedtop.
RetainthescrewsforlaterreattachmentoftheMACtothetrolley.
2.SecurelygraspthebackoftheMACunitandtiltittoa30degreeangle.
3.SlidetheMACunitawayfromyou,outofthemountingslots,andoffofthetrolley.
4.CarefullysettheMACunitonarmsurface.
5.Performtherequiredmaintenance.
6.SlidetheMACunitontothetopofthetrolleybytiltingitto30degreesand
slippingthetabsofthemountingplateintotheslotsatthefrontofthetrolley.
7.EasetheMACunitdownontothemoldedtopsoittssnugglyintothemount.
