8.Usingthe#2Phillipsscrewdriver,insertthetwoPHMSscrewsthatsecurethe
moldedtoptotheundersideoftheMACmountingplate.
9.Replacetheequipmentthatwasremovedandreconnectpowercablestothe
equipmentonthetrolley.
RemovingtheMACUnitfromtheMAC1600Trolley
TheMACdeviceshouldberemovedfromthetrolleyforserviceand/ormaintenance
procedures.Notoolsarerequiredforthisprocedure.
ToremovethedevicefromtheMAC1600Trolley,usethefollowingprocedure:
1.FirmlygraspthetopsideoftheMAC1600device,pullupwardstoreleasethe
duallockfasteners,andlifttheMAC1600deviceoffofthetwocenteringpegs
onthetopofthetrolley.
2.CarefullysettheMAC1600unitonarmsurface.
3.Performtherequiredmaintenance.
4.PositiontheMAC1600deviceoverthecenteringpegsandduallockfasteners.
5.EasetheMACunitdownontothetopsoittssnuglyontothepegsanddual
lockfasteners.
6.Pressrmlyoverthefastenerstoattachthedevicesecurely.
7.Replacetheequipmentthatwasremovedandreconnectpowercablestothe
equipmentonthetrolley.
