1.Usea#25Torxscrewdrivertoremovethe4Plastitescrewsthatsecurethe
basecovertothebase.
Retainthescrewsforlaterreattachmentofthebasecover.
2.Replacethebasecoverwiththenewcover.
3.Usinga#25Torxscrewdriver,insertthe4Plastitescrewsthatsecurethebase
covertothebase.
ReplacingCastersontheModularMACTrolley
ThisprocedureappliesonlytotheModularMACTrolley.Forinstructionsonremoving
thecastersfromtheMAC1600Trolley,referto“ReplacingCastersontheMAC1600
Trolley”onpage29.
Beforeremovingthebase,removetheMACunitandaccessoriesfromthetrolley.See
“RemovingtheMACUnitfromtheModularMACTrolley”onpage22forinstructions
onreplacingtheMACunittotheModularMACTrolley.
Forthisprocedure,youwillneedaM6hexkey.
ToremovethecastersfromtheModularMACTrolley,usethefollowingprocedure
toreplacethecasters:
1.Carefullylaythetrolleyatonitsbackonasmooth,paddedsurface.
Thiswillavoidscratchesorotherdamagetothetrolley.
2.Removethebasefromthecolumn.
