Maintenance
OncetheMACunitisremoved,usethefollowinginstructionstoreplacethebase.
1.Removethebinsandcarefullylaythetrolleyassemblyatonitsbackona
smooth,paddedsurface.
Thiswillavoidscratchesorotherdamagetothetrolley.
2.Usingthe1/2"socketwrenchsuppliedwiththetrolley,removethefour5/16-18
x2.25"angedHHCSthatsecurethetrolleycolumntothebase.
Thisillustrationappliestoalltrolleystyles.
Retainthescrewsforlaterreattachmentofthebase.
3.Positionthecolumnoverthenewbaseandaligntheholeswiththeholesin
thebase.
NOTE:
FortheMAC1600Trolley,positionthecolumnsotheangledcutonthetop
ofthecolumnslopestowardthecasterswiththebrakes.
4.Usingthe1/2"socketwrenchsuppliedwiththetrolley,insertthe5/16-18x2.25"
angedHHCSandtightenthehardware.
5.Replacetheequipmentthatwasremovedandreconnectpowercablestothe
equipmentonthetrolley.
