  If you're unable to reach the set temperature in Precision Cooking mode on your GE Ranges, and you're boiling water or cooking liquid-based foods at high temperatures, this will result in temperature stalls close to the set temperature. Use temperature settings for pan frying, sautéing, and searing when using Hestan Cue cookware or the built-in conventional Precision Cooktop Sensor. The Precision Cooking Probe accessory can be used to control liquid temperatures between 100-200 degrees F for slow cooking, simmering, and advanced cooking techniques like Sous Vide.
