5.3 Installation of the mixer
Moving when unpacked
XDM and XDUO mixers can be rolled by hand on hard and level surfaces with wheel
brakes released.
NOTICE
Always engage the jacking bolts before moving the instrument.
This prevents damage to the load cells.
Electrical installation
WARNING
Electrical installation. All electrical installation must be performed
by authorized personnel only.
WARNING
High voltage. The system must always be connected to a
grounded power outlet.
The customer must install an electrical plug on the main power cord of XDM and XDUO
mixers. The plug must comply with local regulations.
Configure the local control
software
It is recommended to configure the Administrator account when the instrument hard-
ware has been installed. See Manage the Administrator account, on page 298 for more
information.
