4.1 General description
User interface
The user communicates with the PLC using the local control panel touchscreen on the
I/O Cabinet.
A home screen (start screen) gives a general overview of the software and is used as a
gateway to other screens. Tapping a button on the home screen opens the detail screen
for the corresponding process variable. The home screen also shows the current values
of the relevant process variables.
Home screen
The home screen is the default screen at XDUO mixer startup. The contents of the home
screen depend on the installed options. An example of the home screen is shown in the
following illustration.
