2. Den Einstelldruck durch Drehen der
Einstellschraube im Uhrzeigersinn erhöhen und
durch Drehen entgegen dem Uhrzeigersinn
absenken.
! Einstelldruck-Druckbereich der Druckfedern
beachten (siehe Ersatzteilliste)!
3. Kontrolle des Einstelldruckes durch Belasten des
Ventils von der Eingangsseite DN1 aus, mit
Druckluft oder einem zulässigen Betriebsmedium
in Höhe des Einstelldruckes, d.h. das Ventil
beginnt zu öffnen. Das Ventil ist dreimal zum
Ansprechen zu bringen.
! Einstelldruck-Toleranz [pe] = +3%, -1%!
4. Kontrolle des Schließdruckes durch
anschließende Druckabsenkung von 10%
unterhalb des Einstelldruckes, d.h. das Ventil
muss geschlossen sein.
Die Einstellung des Einstelldruckes [pe], die
Plombierung der Einstellschraube und das Ausstellen
einer Einstellbescheinigung hat durch einen Sach-
verständigen der Technischen Überwachungsvereine
(TÜV) zu erfolgen.
8. Transport und Lagerung
AWP Sicherheitsventile werden stoßgeschützt, mit
Folie abgedeckt transportiert. Die Lagerung hat in
trockenen Räumen zu erfolgen.
Es ist auf den unversehrten Verschluss der Anschluss-
stutzen zu achten. Verschmutzungen jeglicher Art
müssen vom Innenraum ferngehalten werden.
Die außenliegenden Flächen der Armaturen sind mit
einem Korrosionsschutzanstrich für trockene Lagerung
bei Raumtemperatur versehen, der mindestens ein
Jahr wirksam ist.
Der Korrosionsschutzanstrich CELEROL-
Reaktionsgrund 918 ist ein guter Haftvermittler für
Deckanstrichstoffe auf 1- und 2-Komponenten-Basis.
9. Garantie
Die Garantieleistung für Erzeugnisse ist entsprechend
den vertraglichen Bestimmungen im Liefervertrag
festgelegt.
2. Increase the test pressure by turning the adjusting
screw clockwise and decrease it by turning the
adjusting screw counter-clockwise.
! Mind the range of the test pressure of the
pressure spring (see spare parts list)!
3. Verify the test pressure by loading the valve from
the input side DN1 with compressed air or another
approved working medium up to the adjusted test
pressure. The valve starts to open. The valve has
to respond three times.
! Tolerance of test pressure [pe] = +3%, -1%!
4. Check the closing pressure afterwards by
decreasing the pressure to 10% below the test
pressure. The valve has to be fully closed.
The setting of the test pressure [pe], the sealing of the
adjusting screw and the issue of the certification for
the adjustment has to be done by a surveyor of the
Technical Control Board (TÜV).
8. Transport and Storage
During transport, AWP safety valves are protected
against shocks and covered with plastic sheeting.
They should be stored in dry rooms.
The connecting nozzles may not be damaged. Any
kind of soiling has to be kept away from the inside of
the valves.
The external surfaces of the valves are provided with a
layer of anticorrosive paint for dry storing at room
temperature, which remains effective for at least one
year.
The “CELEROL-Reaktionsgrund 918” anticorrosive
paint is a good bonding agent for one- or two-pot
finishing coating paints.
9. Warranty
The warranty services for our products have been
defined in compliance with the regulations stipulated in
the contract of delivery.
