Auswechseln von O-Ring S, Dichteinheit kpl. +
Spindel bzw. Flachdichtring N
1. Plombe und Plombendraht entfernen
2. Haube aus Gehäuse herausschrauben.
(Schlüsselweiten siehe folgende Tabelle)
3. Flachdichtring K, Spindel und Dichteinheit kpl.
(SVU) bzw. Spindelführung und Ventilteller (SVA)
aus dem Gehäuse nehmen.
4. Ventiltellerschraube (Senkschraube ISO 7046)
herausdrehen und O-Ring S herausnehmen und
ersetzen (siehe Ersatzeilliste). Senkschraube
eindrehen und sichern z. B. mit Schrauben-
Sicherungspaste.
5. Bei Schäden an der Dichteinheit kpl. bzw. der
Spindelführung erfolgt deren Ersatz immer zu-
sammen mit neuer Spindel (siehe Ersatzteilliste).
6. Das Auswechseln des Flachdichtringes N ist nur
mit Spezialwerkzeug möglich. Der Sitzstutzen ist
mit folgendem Drehmoment anzuziehen:
Vor der Montage Einzelteile reinigen, die Spindel leicht
einölen. Vorhandensein und richtigen Sitz der Kugel in
den Zentrierungen an Spindel und Ventilteller prüfen.
Eventuell Kugel mit Kältefett in der Zentrierung der
Spindel fixieren.
Anschließend neuen Flachdichtring K einlegen und
Haube so aufsetzen, dass die Spitze der Spindel in die
Zentrierung am Federteller greift. Eventuell Spindel
etwas aus der Spindelführung herausziehen um ein
sicheres Zentrieren zu ermöglichen.

How to Replace the O-Ring Sealing S, Sealing Unit
cmpl. + Stem, resp. Flat Sealing N
1. Remove the seal and seal wire.
2. Unscrew the bonnet from housing.
(see wrench widths in following table)
3. Remove the flat sealing-ring K, the stem and the
sealing unit cmpl. (SVU), resp. the stem guide and
valve plate (SVA) from the casing.
4. Unscrew the valve plate screw (countersunk
screw ISO 7046), remove the o-ring seal S and
replace it (see spare parts list). Screw the
countersunk screw into place and secure it e.g. by
using screw securing paste.
5. When the sealing unit cmpl. or the stem guide are
damaged they must be replaced together with a
new stem (see spare parts list).
6. To replace the flat sealing N a special tool is
necessary. The nozzle must be tightened with the
following torque:
Before assembly clean all parts and lubricate the stem.
Check if the ball is present and if it is in the correct
position within the centerings of the stem and valve
plate. If necessary, secure the ball in the centering of
the stem with low-temperature grease. Then insert a
new flat sealing ring K and put the bonnet back into its
place. The tip of the stem has to be placed into the
centering of the spring plate. If necessary, draw out
the stem slightly from the stem guide in order to
enable correct centering.
