5. Sicherungsring DIN 472 mit geeigneter Montage-
Zange DIN 5256 ZGJ entfernen (Schlüsselweite
siehe folgende Tabelle).
6. Neue Druckfeder (siehe Ersatzteilliste) leicht geölt
einlegen und Haube wieder montieren.
Vor der Montage Einzelteile der Haube reinigen, die
Haube im Dichtring-Bereich leicht einölen.
Anschließend neuen Flachdichtring K einlegen und
Haube so aufsetzen, dass die Spitze der Spindel in die
Zentrierung am Ventilteller greift. Eventuell Spindel
etwas aus der Spindelführung herausziehen um ein
sicheres Zentrieren zu ermöglichen.
Haube ist mit folgendem Drehmoment anzuziehen.
! Nach jedem Druckfederwechsel Einstelldruck
[pe] neu einstellen!
Dabei ist eine Liegezeit von 48 Stunden im montierten
Zustand vor Überprüfung zu gewährleisten.
Die Einstellung des Einstelldruckes [pe], die
Plombierung der Einstellschraube und das Ausstellen
einer Einstellbescheinigung hat durch einen Sach-
verständigen der Technischen Überwachungsvereine
(TÜV) zu erfolgen.
Korrektur und Überprüfung des Einstelldruckes
1. Plombe entfernen, Kappe von der Haube
schrauben und Kontermutter linksdrehend lösen.
5. Remove the locking ring DIN 472 with suitable
assembly pliers DIN 5256 ZGJ (see wrench width
in following table).
6. Insert a new pressure spring (see spare parts list),
slightly greased, and re-assemble the bonnet.
Before assembly clean the components of the bonnet
and slightly grease the area around the sealing ring.
Afterwards insert a new flat sealing ring K and mount
the bonnet in a way that the tip of the stem fits into the
centering. If necessary, draw out the stem slightly from
the stem guide to enable the centering.
Tighten the bonnet with the following torque.
! After every change of the pressure spring, the
test pressure [pe] must be readjusted!
After the assembly of the valve, an idle time of 48
hours has to be observed before checking the test
pressure. The setting of the test pressure [pe], the
sealing of the adjusting screw and the issue of the
certification for the adjustment has to be done by a
surveyor of the Technical Control Board (TÜV).
Correcting and checking the test pressure
1. Remove the sealing, unscrew the cap from the
bonnet and unscrew the counter nut counter-
clockwise.
