Programming Secret Clerk Passwords & Names
A maximum of 10 different clerk passwords can be set. Clerks must enter their
password prior to using the ECR in the ‘R’ position. The Names of each clerk
can also be programmed.
Notes:
Clerk codes start at 13 so that clerk 1 = 13, clerk 2 =14, clerk 3 = 15 etc,. The
secret I.D. No. can be up to 4 digits. The above example shows clerk 1 being
set with an I.D. of 1234. IMPORTANT the last Clerk code is 22.
Clerks can also be set to show names by using the character code table (page
9)
