Engine Drive Pulley

How to Remove the Engine Drive
Pulley
1 Remove the engine pivot plate latch retainer.
2 Open the engine pivot plate latch and swing
the engine out away from the machine to
access the engine drive pulley.
3 Loosen the tension adjustment bolt on the
generator.
4 Pull the generator away from the machine and
remove the belts from the generator pulley.
5 Remove the 3 bolts that attach the engine
drive pulley to the shaft bushing.
6 Install the same 3 bolts that were removed in
step 5 into the threaded holes of the engine
drive pulley.
