You can hot swap the battery pack if your model has the bridge battery.
If you have the high-capacity battery model, the battery pack looks different
from the one shown here. The removal and installation method is the same.
1. Skip this step if you are hot swapping the battery pack. (See “Hot Swapping
the Battery Pack (Optional)” for more information.)
Turn off the Tablet PC and disconnect the AC adapter. After turning off the
Tablet PC, allow a cool-down time of at least 5 minutes before removing the
battery pack.
2. Slide the security lock of the battery release latch to the unlocked position
(). Slide the battery release latch upwards (). The battery pack will
slightly pop up. Remove the battery pack from its compartment ().
3. Fit another battery pack into place. With the battery pack correctly oriented,
attach its connector side to the battery compartment at an angle (
) and
then press down the other side (
). The battery release latch should
automatically engage.
