Upgrading to BRCM2.x
Completing Installation
To complete the installation, proceed as follows:
Network connection: Connect the Local
Area Network (LAN) cable to any available RJ-45
jack. The jack should light to indicate connection.

Note: The lid of the BRCM2.x, when installed, protrudes from the wall about three inches
more than the existing D-Box; you may use a right-angle RJ-45 connector on the CAT5
cable to reduce the protrusion of the cable. Ensure that you allow additional clearance
from the wall in the back room or below the counter.
Installing BRCM2.x or upgrading an existing D-Box to a BRCM2.x is n
ow complete.
