Appendix C: Troubleshooting
Connection to Dispenser not Established
To troubleshoot the dispenser connection, proceed as follows:
1 Validate that the communication wires at the dispenser and D-Box are connected properly.
Note: For Passport, the high-speed connection is on the same wir
es as the CRIND. For other
POS, the high-speed connection is on the same wires as the pump.
2 Verify that the high-speed connection is enabled at the kiosk and the dispenser by verifying the
LEDs as shown in
Figure 40. The High-Speed Active LED indicates connection to at least one
dispenser. Verify the high-speed connection for e
ach dispenser.
