When a pre-set blend is selected, the GIME "Armonia" program will be activated automatically.
This program, fruit of Portioli experience, has been developed envisioning different temperature
configurations depending on the blends used; specifically reference is made to the different percentages of
Arabica and Robusta content.
This function allows automatic setting of the temperature parameters studied ad hoc for maximum
enhancement of the organoleptic quality referring to the Portioli blend used.
Thanks to the “Armonia” program, the machine will automatically reach the best coffee boiler temperature
and that of the dispensing unit for the Portioli blend.
The "mix" functions allow the machine to be prepared for the use of blends with percentages of Arabica or
Robusta as desired. 100% Robusta (Mix 1) up to 100% Arabica (Mix 9) crossing all intermediate
percentages (Example: Mix 5 50% Robusta 50% Arabica).
The "manual" function allows free access to the temperature and P.I.D. settings selected by the customer.
The use of the last two selections is recommended only by expert staff.
