The GN remote control
doesn’t control the HP-10
HP-10 is not working
| | The GN remote control
can be used to control
more than one unit. To
control each unit the
correct mode must be
selected on the remote.
| Press the “AMP” button
on the remote.
| If you have another Gold
Note amplier in your
system, pess the “AMP”
+ SHIFT” button on the
remote.
| The interconnect cables
used on the input/output
are not shielded.
| Always use shielded
cables.
| Connect the power cord
properly and ensure the
power outlet is working.
| Ensure that the cables are
properly connected.
| Replace it with one of the
same value.
| The power cord is not
plugged in.
| The cables are not
connected properly.
| The IEC fuse is blown

CLEANING THE UNIT
With EXTREME care use ONLY water or detergents for delicate surfaces with a very soft
cloth to sweep dust and remove stains.
Any acid or not extremely soft cloth will irreversibly damage the unit. Do not use alcohol.
