select in case you desire to finish the cooking process when set
temperature has been reached in the food. You can set the
temperature in a similar way as setting the temperature in the cooking
chamber (see point 2)

1. changing the set parameters during cooking process
In case it is necessary to change the parameters of the currently
running cooking process, press relevant button (Time, Temperature,
Probe temperature, Function) and adjust the parameters according to
actual requirements and press the OK button. The cooking process will
proceed according to newly set values.
2. adding steps to set process
If you require the cooking process to consist of more steps, it is
possible to add such steps so that the food is processed in a gentle way
and the result is exactly according to your desires.
