Problem What to do
My Mood Light
Speaker can’t turn
on the lights.
Check if your Mood Light Speaker
is powered on.
I can’t pair the
Mood Light Speaker
with my
Bluetooth device.
I can’t hear my music. Turn on the Mood Light Speaker.
Turn on the Mood Light Speaker.
I can’t turn ON my
Mood Light Speaker.
Make sure that the Mood Light
Speaker is fully charged.
Touch the Mood Light Speaker on
the top.
Using the volume control on your
device, turn the volume up.
Make sure that your device is not
further than 10 meters away from
the Mood Light Speaker.
If it isn't flashing blue, it is already
paired to another device, un-pair
that device and try again.
Make sure that the LED indicator
light is flashing blue.
Make sure that the LINE IN cable is
not connected.
Switch the power ON/OFF button
to the ON position.
