      The battery may fail to charge due to: 1. Smart Meter communication failing or CT connected in a wrong direction, which gives S-BP wrong data. To fix this, make sure BMS communication is OK on PV Master (for lithium batteries). 2. The battery not being in the condition for charging, such as high SOC, battery communication failing for lithium batteries, etc. Check if CT is connected in the right position and in the right direction as stated in the user.

      Several factors can prevent the S-BP from discharging or providing output to support loads: 1. If a grid-tied inverter is connected and its output exceeds the power, ensure the communication between the S-BP and SmartMeter is working correctly. 2. If the load is connected between the grid and CT, the system might not detect the load power. Make sure the load power exceeds 150W. 3. The battery discharges only when the load power is higher than 150W. If the load power is lower than 150W, the battery will not discharge continuously. If the meter power is higher than 150W, verify the SmartMeter and CT connection and direction. 4. If Smart Meter communication fails or the CT is connected incorrectly, giving the S-BP wrong data, ensure the SOC is higher than I-DOD. If the battery discharges...
