◆ Utility Loss
Error Code: 23
Cause: Inverter detects no grid connected
Measurement:
A. Check if the AC switch is at ‘ON’ position, if not, please switch it on. If yes, please measure
the voltage of the AC connector and wiring of main switch board. Make sure the grid is on;
B. Check the L, N, PE are connecting to the right PIN. If not, please modify the wiring;
C. Check the ‘Vac’ displayed in the screen and the grid voltage, make sure the values are
within the limitation of the regulation. If not, please contact with your electrical company.
If yes, please contact with GoodWe local service center;
D. Switch of the AC & DC power of the inverter and wait for 5minutes. Measure the
impedance of L & N to ground, if the values are smaller than 200KΩ, please contact with
GoodWe local service center.
