◆ Vac Failure
Error Code: 09/10/12/15
Cause: Grid voltage is out of limitation
Measurement:
A. Measure the voltage when the inverter display ‘Vac Failure’, if not within regulation,
please contact with the electricity company;
B. Measure the inner AC side of the inverter, the voltage of N to PE should be less than 1V. If
not, please check the AC wiring (For inverter display ‘Vac Failure’ when counting down at
0s);
C. Check if the ‘Vac’ displayed in the screen is the same as the value measure from the switch
board. If not, please contact with GoodWe local service center.
