◆ Fac Failure
Error Code: 03/04/12
Cause: Grid frequency is out of limitation
Measurement:
A. Check if the AC switch is at ‘ON’ position, make sure grid is connected to the inverter;
B. Check the safety country in the inverter is correct. If not, please change to the correct one.
(Short press to model name, long press to enter the regulation list, short press to find the
correct country, wait for 5s and the setting will be saved);
C. Check the ‘Fac’ displayed in the screen, if the value is out of the limitation, please wider
the frequency range via ‘Calibrate Tool’.
