Error Code: Null
Cause: Inverter displays nothing when DC is on
Measurement:
A. First Installed
A.1 Measure the DC voltage, make sure it is higher than start-up voltage;
A.2 Check if the poles of PV string is opposite.
B. Inverter has been working for a while
B.1 Check if there is any damage on the DC and AC connector;
B.2 Disconnect AC & DC of the inverter, and reconnect after 15 minutes.
C. If all solutions above failed, please contact with GoodWe local service center.
